Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Execute creative marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management regarding market progress.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or marketing roles (fresh graduates with a strong drive are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with CRM software.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and perform under pressure.
- A valid driver's license and own transportation is considered an advantage.
