Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share across Quezon City and Metro Manila.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
- Identify emerging customer needs and market opportunities to tailor high-quality service offerings that strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Manage the end-to-end marketing strategy including digital campaigns, print advertising, events, and public relations to maximize brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strategic alliances with key stakeholders, including real estate brokers, contractors, and buyers.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and campaign performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable insights for the executive team.
- Oversee budget management for the department, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Sales and Marketing leadership role, specifically within the construction, real estate, or property development sectors.
- Demonstrated success in identifying customer needs and providing high-quality service to strengthen business relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO/SEM, social media, CRM software).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
