Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs in the education sector.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, and community organizations.
- Manage the foundation's social media presence and create engaging content to promote programs.
- Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and school fairs.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align marketing messages with educational offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the education industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
