Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve regional branch targets.
- Monitor and analyze daily sales performance across all Tegal point-of-sale locations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure peak performance and customer service excellence.
- Identify and nurture new client relationships, focusing on B2B and corporate accounts.
- Conduct regular market research to understand local trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on sales achievement and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure brand consistency and excellence in customer experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the logistics or retail industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and performance monitoring.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the local Tegal market landscape.
