Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize daily logistics, including driver scheduling and route planning for timely product delivery.
- Monitor the end-to-end delivery process to ensure shipments reach clients within the stipulated timeframe.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute high-impact promotional events and sales campaigns.
- Actively track and report on sales performance metrics against monthly targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, proactively resolving any delivery or product-related inquiries.
- Conduct performance evaluations for delivery routes to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all documentation and proof of delivery (POD) are accurately recorded in the internal system.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min. 1-2 years) in logistics management, sales operations, or event coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling and routing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
- A proactive problem solver with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in the fast-paced retail and tourism environment of Kuta, Bali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital reporting tools.
