Responsibilities
- Conduct highâvolume outbound calls to prospective customers and qualify leads according to company criteria.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for senior sales consultants, ensuring optimal calendar management.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, tracking call outcomes and followâup actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts, improve call effectiveness, and share best practices.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets tied to commission incentives.
- Participate in regular training sessions to deepen product knowledge of automotive offerings and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome).
- Proven ability to make 50+ outbound calls per day while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Goalâoriented mindset, resilient to rejection, and driven by uncapped commission potential.
