Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications and delivery schedules.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records and product data within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare accurate quotations and proposals for electronic components.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain department to prevent stock shortages.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance summaries to management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
