Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed targets
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring mutual benefit
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate, Account Manager, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the real estate or property industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
