Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate tailored solutions effectively, showcasing how Talentwerkz Services can meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in a solutions-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
