Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming showroom environment.
- Promote and sell Astra trucks and equipment, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our product features and specifications.
- Follow up with leads and potential clients to convert inquiries into closed deals.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company’s POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and inventory area.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment to clients.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the automotive or heavy machinery sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident presentation style.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license is a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications is required.
