Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold calls, emails, social media, and referrals
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
- Support the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition and positive experience
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to effectively position offerings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic CRM software knowledge
