Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge for premium brands like Fossil and Owndays.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and inventory display.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their style and needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Manage stock replenishment and monitor inventory levels on the sales floor.
- Participate in regular brand training to stay updated on product specifications and collections.
Qualifications
- Completed at least Senior High School or a Vocational Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to retail operations.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion, eyewear, or horology (watches).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills for inventory management.
