Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and jewellery consultations to help clients find the perfect pieces
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Present and demonstrate jewellery products with detailed knowledge of materials, designs, and craftsmanship
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation
- Keep the showroom immaculate and ensure proper display and arrangement of jewellery items
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-up communications and personalized service
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends, pricing, and product knowledge
- Contribute to team goals and participate in store promotions and events
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury goods, or fashion retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to handle delicate and valuable merchandise responsibly
- Basic computer literacy for point-of-sale operations and inventory management
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required
