Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to maximize satisfaction and sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets set by management.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current products, promotions, and inventory levels.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store upkeep to ensure a clean and presentable environment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Attend regular sales training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- At least a College Level or Bachelor's Degree in any field; Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- With or without prior sales experience; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly motivated, confident, and possesses a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills are a distinct advantage.
- Must be willing to be assigned in various locations within Metro Manila (NCR).
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or hold the relevant work permit for the Philippines.
