Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting tech products that meet their needs, providing expert advice on features, specifications, and complementary accessories.
- Demonstrate product functionality through hands-on presentations and live demos to showcase value and enhance the customer experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including cash, card, and installment payments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends to answer customer inquiries with confidence.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets while upholding company standards of service excellence.
- Handle customer concerns and returns professionally, ensuring a seamless post-sale experience.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Contribute to daily inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college graduate in any field is an advantage.
- Proven work experience in retail sales, preferably within consumer electronics or technology products.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Familiarity with basic sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and point-of-sale software.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
