Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new B2B opportunities within the HORECA sector in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong professional relationships with café owners, restaurant managers, and purchasing departments.
- Conduct professional product presentations and tastings to demonstrate the quality and value of Delifru products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Handle client inquiries, provide product solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the distribution and marketing teams to execute effective promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the F&B or HORECA industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and closing capabilities.
- Possess a deep understanding of the Surabaya market and local HORECA landscape.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for daily market visits.
