In this role, you will lead the charge in expanding our market presence across Singapore. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and close deals that align with our mission of sustainability. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to craft compelling value propositions for property developers, facility managers, and homeowners.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Singapore market for sustainable building solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with property developers, architects, and facility managers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Miredo Asiaβs green offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Represent Miredo Asia at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2β3 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in the built environment or sustainability sector.
- Strong understanding of green building practices and energy efficiency solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Singapore driving license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
