Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door and street canvassing to promote and sell fragrance products.
  • Identify and approach potential customers in target areas within Kudus and surrounding regions.
  • Present product features and benefits effectively to generate interest and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and track performance metrics.
  • Participate in promotional events and product launches as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or direct marketing (fresh graduates with strong motivation are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours.
  • Familiarity with the fragrance industry or FMCG is a plus.
  • Must own a motorcycle and valid driving license (SIM C) for commuting within Kudus area.
  • Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
