Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Aficionado perfume products to customers through various sales channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Exceed sales targets and maximize commission earnings through effective sales techniques
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in regular sales training and team meetings to enhance performance
- Monitor sales trends and identify new opportunities for growth in the market
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times when representing the brand
- Complete sales reports and documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in retail or fragrance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent customer service orientation with ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
