Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their home solution needs through friendly consultative conversations
- Recommend products and services that match customer requirements and budget
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, presenting clear value propositions
- Lead the sales cycle from inquiry to closing, including price quotes and order processing
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track opportunities, and report progress to the team
- Follow up with customers post purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in home solutions or retail
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus
