Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the SME and enterprise segments to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations of NETS payment solutions to potential merchants.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing expert advice and exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Implementation) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, ideally within the fintech, payments, or technology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Highly self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong drive to exceed expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
- Candidates with a valid Class 3 driving license and vehicle are advantageous for client visits.
