As we expand our team, we are seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to become the face of our brand, guiding clients through every step of the design journey.
In this role, you will engage prospective clients, conduct design consultations, and translate their vision into tailored proposals that close deals. Responsibilities
- Engage and build relationships with prospective clients through consultative selling techniques.
- Conduct site visits and design consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and budget.
- Present design concepts, material selections, and project proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads, follow‑ups, and closing opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and interior design innovations.
- Represent Eight Design at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; higher qualifications in sales, marketing, or design are a plus.
- No prior sales experience required – we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve performance targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is advantageous.
- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Eligible to work in Singapore (citizens, permanent residents, or valid employment pass holders).
