Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales through consultative selling techniques and active product promotion.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive brand experience and customer retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, benefits, and market trends.
- Execute effective visual merchandising to enhance store appeal and product visibility.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Professional grooming standards and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Possess a valid relevant qualification or equivalent industry experience.
