Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for lighting projects and smart home solutions across Selangor and the Klang Valley.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, interior designers, contractors, and project owners.
  • Conduct site surveys and consultations to understand client needs and propose tailored lighting and automation designs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to secure new business contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution from design through to handover.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports within the CRM system to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the lighting, electrical, or smart home technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player.
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel within Selangor and the Klang Valley for client meetings and site inspections.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, lighting design software, or CRM platforms is an added advantage.
