Your day‑to‑day activities will include conducting consultative needs analyses, arranging test drives, preparing tailored quotations, and following up post‑sale to ensure complete satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk‑in and online leads to understand their vehicle preferences and budget.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis and recommend suitable Carsome inventory options.
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, explain financing and trade‑in options, and negotiate deals to close sales.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system and follow up post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Participate in regular sales training, product knowledge sessions, and performance review meetings.
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing customer feedback and assisting with promotional events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably automotive, retail, or B2C environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
