Responsibilities
- Actively engage with walk-in customers and inbound leads to understand their automotive needs.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase product features and benefits.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover and after-sales follow-up.
- Provide expert advice on vehicle valuations, financing options, and insurance packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom floor to ensure a premium brand experience.
- Collaborate with the appraisal team to evaluate trade-in vehicles accurately.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and customer satisfaction targets.
- Keep updated on automotive market trends, competitor pricing, and inventory specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays as per the retail roster.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM software.
