Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage accurate sales quotations, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure inventory availability and timely procurement.
- Monitor shipment schedules and provide proactive delivery status updates to customers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and customer correspondence in the internal system.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to orders and shipments with a focus on problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
- Identify opportunities to streamline order processing and improve operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management or logistics software is a significant advantage.
