Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the sales team in daily activities, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
- Process and track sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately using the company's ERP system.
- Manage and update customer accounts, contracts, and pricing agreements in the database.
- Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients, providing excellent service and prompt resolution of issues.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and marketing collateral as needed.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Administrative role.
- Familiarity with the chemical, manufacturing, or logistics industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using an ERP or CRM system is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
