Responsibilities
- Manage daily freight rate inquiries and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely response.
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations for local and overseas clients.
- Follow up with international shipping agents to ensure smooth shipment flow and transit updates.
- Provide comprehensive indoor sales support to the business development team.
- Handle customer service inquiries, resolving operational issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain and update customer databases and shipment records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse effectively with overseas agents.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- A proactive team player with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
