As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies. You will be the primary point of contact for administrative support, ensuring that our key accounts receive top-tier service. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end sales processes for key accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and accurate documentation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and service reports to support the account management team.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to prevent stock shortages for key clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales trends and prepare weekly reports to support management in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Business, or related discipline.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales-related targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is considered a significant advantage.
