As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies. You will be the primary point of contact for administrative support, ensuring that our key accounts receive top-tier service. We offer a competitive basic salary of up to $4,000 per month, complemented by an attractive incentive scheme to reward your hard work.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end sales processes for key accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and accurate documentation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and service reports to support the account management team.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to prevent stock shortages for key clients.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales trends and prepare weekly reports to support management in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Business, or related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales-related targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is considered a significant advantage.
