Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and offline promotions.
- Coordinate sales activities such as lead tracking, appointment scheduling, and followâup communications.
- Prepare and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and sales enablement documents.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Support the organisation of events, trade shows, and product launches, handling logistics and vendor liaisons.
- Maintain CRM databases, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1â2 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
