Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales processes for tour packages and bus charter bookings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing customized travel solutions.
- Coordinate with internal operations and maintenance teams to ensure fleet availability and driver scheduling.
- Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with tour partners, vendors, and corporate clients.
- Prepare accurate sales documentation, quotations, and service agreements.
- Monitor booking statuses and resolve any operational issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales progress reports and performance updates to management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, travel agency, or logistics management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin (preferred for client communication).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/booking software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and time management.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and professional clients.
