Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the company's sales network through strategic partnerships with Horeca, Distributor, and Retail channels
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers
- Present company products and services to potential clients, highlighting unique value propositions
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of the local market in Bandung and surrounding areas is preferred
