Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to prospective clients.
- Articulate the value proposition of ASM Vitrual services to key decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects based on their needs and alignment with our service offerings.
- Schedule high-quality product demonstrations and meetings for the Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead status in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SDR, Lead Generation Specialist, or a similar sales-focused role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in the EST time zone (US business hours).
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Technical proficiency with CRM software and lead-sourcing tools.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
