Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into high-value sales opportunities.
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to expand the client base.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate the value of Commpeak solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and lead activity within the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to refine your sales pitch.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably within a SaaS or telecommunications environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify client pain points quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and manage your schedule effectively.
- High level of resilience and a 'hunter' mentality when approaching cold prospects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
