Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the digital printing sector in Jakarta.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, explaining technical specifications and benefits to clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the production and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Perform market research to analyze competitor activities and identify emerging trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the printing, manufacturing, or advertising industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
