Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and project engineers.
- Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations to clients based on specific project requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and efficiency of Phelps Dodge energy solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads within the Zamboanga Peninsula region.
- Prepare accurate project estimates, quotations, and technical proposals in coordination with internal engineering teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Resolve client concerns by providing technical troubleshooting and follow-up support post-sale.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to job sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BS Electrical Engineering).
- Valid PRC License (Registered Electrical Engineer) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, field engineering, or project management within the construction or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and power distribution products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM or sales tracking software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
