Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the construction materials segment.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers based on project specifications.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to understand project requirements and propose suitable materials.
- Prepare accurate quotations, bids, and contract documents for clients.
- Deliver presentations and training sessions to clients and internal teams on product features and applications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure effective product promotion and availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or related industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex product specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites within Metro Manila.
