Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing industrial clients in the West region.
- Provide expert technical advice on compressor systems and industrial equipment to prospective customers.
- Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents in line with client requirements.
- Conduct site surveys to assess customer needs and provide customized engineering solutions.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team to ensure smooth installation and commissioning processes.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Proven experience in industrial sales or technical field service roles, preferably with compressors or pneumatic systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery and engineering specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Self-motivated professional with a valid driver's license for client visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to hit monthly sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
