We are looking for a seasoned professional with 4+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering, ready to leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to craft compelling proposals and presentations. As a Sales Engineer, you will be the frontline liaison – understanding client needs, articulating complex technical concepts, and closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the ERP, PEB, and engineering sectors through technical consultative selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop custom solutions that meet client specifications.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and bid documents using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring accurate CRM updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide post-sales technical support and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related), Business, or equivalent technical field.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably in ERP, PEB, or construction/engineering sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Civil Architecture, Mechanical Engineering principles, and pre-engineered building systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and PowerPoint (compelling presentations).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working full-time onsite in Metro Manila.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
