Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to drive market penetration in the enterprise sector.
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through data-driven performance management.
- Formulate innovative sales strategies based on deep-dive competitive analysis and regional market insights.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate sales team members to improve productivity and achieve operational excellence.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key enterprise accounts to ensure long-term revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in consumer electronics, telecommunications, or retail industries.
- Proven track record in managing and achieving high-value sales targets.
