Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end corporate events, product launches, and promotional activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and logistics for seamless execution
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling event concepts and promotional materials
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and event management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and event management software
- Creative problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently
