Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new motorcycles.
- Identify and prospect new customers through direct outreach, referrals, and community events.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and financing options to prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and update the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the service and afterâsales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new model releases.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a commissionâdriven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Cavite.
