Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business leads through market research, cold outreach, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate our consulting solutions to potential clients with confidence and professionalism.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing the deal and ensuring successful onboarding.
- Maintain an accurate and organized pipeline within our CRM system to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on our service offerings and industry best practices.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building rapport with decision-makers.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute positively to team goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM tools is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields is an advantage.
