Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales prospects through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company KPIs.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, product demonstrations, and pricing models to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch promotional campaigns and improve lead conversion rates.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
- Handle contract negotiations and close deals within defined authority limits.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management with measurable results.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Sabah and occasionally to other Malaysian states.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
