Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share in the Setia Alam area.
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities to maximize conversion.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively and ethically.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and campaigns for maximum impact.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts in the CRM system to support data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required for candidates with exceptional sales experience.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and own transport required for client visits in Setia Alam, Shah Alam, and the Klang Valley.
- Possesses a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
