Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Kuantan and Pahang region to expand market share.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer demands.
- Provide detailed sales reports, pipeline updates, and accurate revenue forecasts to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in a sales, account management, or business development role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong self-motivation and a results-driven approach with a track record of meeting KPIs.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for frequent client visits within the region.
- Prior experience or established network within the Kuantan local market is highly advantageous.
- Resilient mindset with the ability to handle objections and solve problems effectively under pressure.
