Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through strategic lead generation and networking within the construction industry.
- Conduct regular site visits and face-to-face meetings with key stakeholders to promote our steel manufacturing capabilities.
- Develop and present comprehensive sales proposals and quotations tailored to specific client project needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details to ensure win-win outcomes and close sales effectively.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Provide detailed market intelligence and competitor analysis to the management team to help refine sales strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the construction, steel, or hardware industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, from prospecting to closing and after-sales service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs in a competitive market.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Metro Manila.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Resilient, self-motivated, and highly organized with a results-oriented mindset.
