Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth for Motor Control Products.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress to the management team regularly.
  • Travel to client sites and industry exhibitions as required to represent the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the electrical, industrial, or automation sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
