Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers, providing expert advice on our jewellery collections.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals.
  • Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing through effective merchandising and display techniques.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, card, and digital payments.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and support replenishment efforts.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute ideas for improving store operations and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or retail are a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
